Refunds & Billing

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Cancellations and refunds for Fastingkit Pro on the App Store. Billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple, not by Fastingkit directly.

App support (access / restore, not store refunds): support@chaudhariapps.com

Developers cannot issue App Store refunds

Under Apple’s rules, Fastingkit cannot refund, reverse, or cancel an App Store charge. Emailing us cannot process a refund. Use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Billing

Who bills you

  • Fastingkit Pro and in app purchases are charged by Apple to your Apple Account.
  • Refund eligibility follows Apple’s policies and your local consumer law. Apple decides.
  • Bank statements may show Apple / App Store rather than “Fastingkit”.
Subscription

Cancel your subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current paid period. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

  1. 1Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. 2Tap your name → Subscriptions.
  3. 3Select Fastingkit.
  4. 4Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

FAQ

Common questions

I paid for Fastingkit Pro. Why can’t you just refund me?

On iOS, payment goes to Apple. Developers cannot issue App Store or In App Purchase refunds. Only Apple can approve or deny a request.

How do I request a refund from Apple?

Apple documents these options:

Can the app refund me with a button?

At most, an app can open Apple’s refund request sheet. Apple still reviews and decides. The developer cannot send money back.

How long does Apple take?

Decisions can take about 48 hours. After approval, funds may take longer to appear on your statement (see Apple HT118224).

What if Apple approves my refund?

Apple refunds your original payment method. Pro access may be revoked once the refund completes.

What if Apple declines?

No money is returned for that request. Contact Apple Support about their decision. We cannot override it.

I emailed support@chaudhariapps.com. Can you refund from there?

No. We can help with restore / unlock after a valid purchase and point you to Apple’s tools. We cannot move money from Apple’s billing system.

Is cancelling the same as a refund?

No. Cancel stops future renewals. A refund is a separate request for a charge already made, decided by Apple.

When to email Fastingkit

  • We cannot issue App Store refunds. Email us only for unlock / restore problems after Apple shows a successful purchase.
  • Never send full card numbers.
